Max Speak

John Mayer earns himself his fourth Top 10 single this week with Belief, which also marks the first time that he's had back-to-back Top 10s and his album Continuum is the first CD of his to have two Top 10 hits. His highest charting single remains his debut No Such Thing (#3) while Waiting On The World To Change made it to #4 late last year. John also has another track in the Top 100 this week with Gravity (99-92*).

Sondre Lerche earns himself his third #1 album in a row this week as Phantom Punch enters at the top position this week. It follows his release Duper Sessions, which debuted at #1 in March 2006 and 2004's hit album Two Way Monologue, which also entered at #1 in March of that year. His first CD Faces Down hit #7 in 2003. Sondre also enters the Top 40 this week as Say It All jumps 41-29* to become his fourth to do so.

Rock band Papa Roach also leap into the Top 40 this week as a single from The Paramount Sessions entitled Forever moves 74-30*. That song becomes their second Top 40 hit and first since 2001 when Last Resort hit #10. Since then, they've made two other appearances with Broken Home (#57) and last year's Scars (#56). Forever is en route to becoming their biggest hit if this week's jump is any indication.

Shaye is back on the scene with their new album and single, both titled Lake Of Fire. The album entered at #5 earlier this month and the single enters the Top 40 this week at #39*. The followup single is already on the rise as You're Not Alone jumps 59-44* this week.
