Max Speak

It's a bittersweet week for Tegan and Sara who finally drop out of #1 after spending the last 11 weeks there, tying Serena Ryder's Weak In The Knees for the longest running #1 of the year. However, the duo do score a triple-Platinum certification with their album The Con.

Replacing Tegan and Sara at #1 is Apologize, a song by One Republic as remixed by Timbaland. Tim's last appearance at #1 as either the artist or producer, was Say It Right, which was the first #1 of 2007. His first time at #1 was back in 2000 under Aaliyah's hit Try Again.

David Usher scores his fourth Top 10 hit in a row from his CD Strange Birds. The newest release from the album So Far Down follows his current hit Some People Say, which is also currently in the Top 10 giving David two singles within that portion of the chart this week.
