Take Me Back To Your House
This track isn't a conventional dance song. How often do you hear a banjo over a dance beat? It's something only the Basement Jaxx could think up. This song is filled with fun lyrics and a very humourous-sounding chorus with vocals by the sultry and sweet Martina Sorbara (credited to Martina Bang for the song and video). Ultimately it was the music that really reeled me in as it takes place in what looks like northern Europe with Martina is the only female at a pub that has crazy dancing and what would be a fun place but Martina is playing the bored girl who wants to leave. This song must have been a lot of fun all around and it's really fun to listen to!

The Basement Jaxx have been making music since the late 90s but didn't break into The Max until their Best Of CD in 2005 when they had two hits with Oh My Gosh and You Don't Know Me. In 2006, they had their first #1 single with Take Me Back To Your House along with an additional Top 10 hit Hush Boy and a hit album Crazy Itch Radio which hit #2 on the album chart.
