| history |
Daniel Powter recorded his debut CD in his bedroom. After striking a record deal and having a smash hit in 2005 in Europe with Bad Day, his success began to emerge back home in Canada where Bad Day became a #1 radio hit. Then finally, his song blew up on American airwaves, getting to the top of Hot AC and #2 on mainstream pop radio. Here on The Max, his biggest hit was actually the followup to Bad Day: Free Loop.
