| history |
Dragonette features lead vocals from Canadian songstress Martina Sorbara, who got her start as a folk/pop singer in the early 2000s. Her song Bonnie And Clyde II became the #1 song of 2002 and her CD The Cure For Bad Deeds was named the #1 essential CD on a list compiled in 2006 on The Max. As part of Dragonette, they've already gotten a moderate headstart with a hit album and a number of hit singles including the long-lasting I Get Around, which was their first hit that surfaced in late 2005.
