An awesome song that caught me by the very first listen when I first went through KT's album. The rest of the album didn't quite jump out at me right away but this track did and I knew it would be a hit if given the chance. Of course, little did I know it already was in KT's homebase of the UK but over in North America she was relatively unheard of. The song begins with a recognizable intro that leads into KT's amazing vocals and simplistic (but not in a Britney sort of way) lyrics. The chorus "suddenly I see/this is what I wanna be/suddenly I see/why the hell it means so much to me" screams for radio to play it and screams for the listener to singalong spontaneously. I know I do. I can't help it. KT has reeled me in for good with this song.A05/01/06

KT Tunstall's album Eye To The Telescope is quickly becoming the longest running #1 album ever on The Max. As it stands, the CD has spent a total of 18 weeks at #1 since it first entered there last October. The album's first three singles have all taken a turn at #1 on the singles chart as well and four of her hits have spent time, simultaneously, inside the Top 40 chart. The amazing thing about all of this is that KT's career is just in the beginning stages and her album still has room to grow. She is easily among the top new artists of the last couple years.
