Everywhere
Teen female singers are everywhere now. What was once almost considered a bit rare is now just a daily thing. Most of these teens are pop or urbans singers but once in a while, there comes a rock singer with something great to offer. Michelle Branch's first release is called Everywhere, and it's a catchy pop/rock song that works well with the returns of other female rockers like Alanis, Sheryl Crow and Jewel. Michelle's voice also reminds me a bit of Tracy Bonham (Mother Mother, The One) except with a less rocker tint to it. The success of Michelle's song is great so far and it would be great to see her do even better. If you haven't heard this song yet, you better find some way to get it because you're missing out on a great new artist.

All You Wanted
Maverick records newcomer Michelle Branch already had a Top 20 hit with Everywhere and now she's back with it's followup. I like the verses of All You Wanted better than the verses of Everywhere and she doesn't seem to be forcing a rock sound with this song like with the previous single. I can see a good future for this song but unfortunately, radio probably don't see it that way.

Goodbye To You
I never jumped on the Michelle train right away. Everywhere didn't really catch my ear the way it did with a lot of other music fans. It was All You Wanted that really made me take notice of her and even then it took three months or so. Goodbye To You caught my ear right away and I still sing it even when it's not playing. It's the type of song you blast on the stereo with a pretend microphone in your hand singing with Ms. Branch.

The Game Of Lovewith Santana
This song catapults Michelle into a new catorgory of greatness. This song really starts out like a Grade A+ song! It's the type of song that will stop you in your tracks to listen and eventually singalong! Unfortunately, I have a low attention span so I'm not completely hooked in after the first chorus is over and there's really nothing else in the song to convince me to keep listening. But the first minute of it is enough to do the work anyway.

Michelle Branch's chart career on The Max started out immediately with a Top 10 hit, however, she went on to have bigger success with the #2 singles All You Wanted and Are You Happy Now. Her album Hotel Paper eventually put her in The Max limelight as it was recently named the #20 album of all time on The Max.
