Mika's voice has a sense of George Michael or a more conventional Jake Spears (Scissor Sisters) with a hint of Daniel Powter. His song has a touch of 70s pop that doesn't quite follow the typical rules of what makes a present-day-pop song. I get the feeling of a Queen/Freddie Mercury influence in this particular song as well. Grace Kelly is catchy in its presentation and is sure to be the beginning of a big year for Mika. B2/5/07

Mika stormed onto the music scene in early 2007 with his single Grace Kelly which drew comparisons to George Michael, Elton John and the Scissor Sisters. With a very flamboyant album full of happy songs, his second single Love Today continues what Grace Kelly began, earning him two immediate Top 10 hits.
