| history |
Rob Thomas had major chart success with Matchbox Twenty before releasing his first solo album in 2005. At that point, mb20 had had three #1 singles and Rob himself had one as the vocalist and co-writer for that smash Santana comeback hit Smooth. Rob's solo success has since been modest with a Top 10 showing but his album is showing major longevity as nearly two years after its first single, the latest is still rising.
